Partner Support Specialist

Currently, we are looking for a professional who would join our partner as a Partner Support Specialist and become part of the Partner Delivery Support Team.Job offer information

Responsibilities:

- Being responsible for different operational activities and projects covering the End-To-End Partner Support Domain;
- Fully understanding the strategic business aspect of the Partner Delivery Support (PDS);
- Being the main contact for task and project-related matters for our partners;
- Performing various administrative and operational tasks as per requirements;
- Respond to Partner queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat;
- Prioritization of the workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first;
- Handles on time complex situations;
- Manages multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision;
- Works together with other team members and meets required team KPIs;
- Participates in projects for process or quality improvements;
- Be compliant with all internal policies, rules, and procedures and ensure performance as per all work instructions and/or orders (written and oral);
- Strictly follows the procedures, policies, and Standards of Business Conduct of the company.

 

 Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or equivalent experience;
- 1 to 2 years of experience or a similar position;
- Previous experience with partners is an advantage;
- Basic project management skills;
- Fluent in English- verbal and written;
- Additional language is an advantage (German, French, Turkish);
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Analytical skills and a consultative approach to operational and change management;
- Commercial awareness and general business acumen;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Proactive team player with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure when needed;
- Result-oriented and innovative person.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, foreign, and multicultural environment.
