IT support specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our IT Service Desk team. This position is on a part-time contract (approximately 20 hours per week) and is also suitable for university students.Job offer information
  • Troubleshoot IT problems using Standard Operating Procedures and previous training
  • Provide exceptional user support for Windows, Android, Office, Hardware, and Network issues (in-person and remotely)
  • Manage desktop/laptop support, asset preparation, and onboarding for new users
  • Handle ticket management, service requests, and infrastructure changes
  • Deploy new equipment, including racking, patching, cabling, labeling, and configuration
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and escalate requests as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track asset status (ServiceNow)
Personality assumptions and skills- 1-2 years of experience in IT, preferably in Helpdesk support.
- Bachelor of Science in IT or any relevant IT certificate is a plus.
