Service Renewal Project Manager
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Renewal Project Manager to join our client’s team, who will be responsible for project managing the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring the successful execution of renewal motions, and driving customer retention.

- Own and coordinate the end-to-end renewal project plan, ensuring timely execution of tasks across all stakeholders and functions;
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for renewals, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables;
- Act as the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams involved in the end-to-end renewal motion;
- Identify deviations and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary for continuous improvement objectives;

- Implement automation tools to track renewal milestones, generate reports, and facilitate communication across teams;
- End-to-End Renewal performance monitoring, analytics, and reporting;
- Provide regular updates to leadership on renewal performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement;
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging automation, data analysis, and feedback loops to optimize the renewal motion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Network Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field;
- Possess a minimum of 1-3 years of Telecommunications-related industry operational experience and/or implementing projects within those markets;
- 1+ years of Project/Account Management experience;
- Experience with Renewals is an asset;
- Proficiency with various software applications, including Excel, PBI, Project Planning applications (Microsoft Planner, WBS-type apps), Agentic AI;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Independent and proactive mindset, capable of resolving conflicts and driving results;
- Outstanding planning, scheduling, and coordination skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Working hours: USA coverage time (15:00–00:00 EEST).
